History:

Dating back to 1948, The Manor House was built by former ambassador from Netherlands, Prof. Dr. D.B Bosman.  He is the author of the H.A.T. “Tweetalige Woordeboek” . The original larger farm used to belong to the Bosman family and Prof. Dr. Bosman wanted a little piece cut out of the farm for himself and his wife and called it “In die Wingerd”which means “In the Vineyard”.

Original charm, such as Dutch tiles surrounding the fireplace, combined with modern homely comfort, wooden floors with rugs, original wooden beams ,wooden staircase and a “butler’s room” all add to the character of this graceful home.
